The application is used to check assigned tasks, and subsequently their possible approval or rejection. In addition to invoices, contracts, you can also approve requisitions or other types of documents assigned to your workflow in Asseco SPIN through the application.The application is multilingual, it reflects the language settings on the mobile.It also allows viewing attachments (e.g. scans of supplier invoices) or inserting a note or comment. Tasks are displayed from the system in real time, as well as their approval, which is immediately recorded online.In addition, it is possible to record your attendance from mobile devices, mark your arrival and departure, but also select the reason for leaving - e.g. office, lunch, doctor, etc.Displays a list of colleagues according to data in Office365 or LDAP. It is possible to see if a colleague is currently available for a phone call or what meeting he has on his calendar.Displays information about customers, e.g. address or amount of open claims.
